I encountered oos for style twice in consecutive weeks.

First was a Saturday, replenish on Monday afternoon.
Then 8 days later, 2nd is last Sunday, yet to replenish.

Obviously no SLA for replenishing oos, laz staff could have just remote logon to do that.
