Not always there.
Need to bobian do some other missions like rent clothes and styling mission may appear again and to disappear again.

I was doing 100% styling mission previously.

I did. The thing is that roll of missions had 10 previously and now it's only 9. So the last mission was either intentionally or accidentally removed.

I never count, as I only do styling and ignoring the rest.

I just counted now, I only got 8 missions to choose.

I counted not because I did other missions, all along I do styling mission only. But because the styling mission disappeared after I did one mission, so I used another phone and saw the styling mission there then I counted and realised one phone 9, another phone 10. However after doing one mission on the other phone, the styling mission disappeared again. Now both are 9. So you have the styling mission or not?

At this moment, I have 8 missions but none of them is styling.
I had experience styling coming back after doing others but no guarantee that after doing the comeback styling, it will be replaced with another styling.

Anyway, just do what is necessary to progress. We can only optimise subject to what laz dish out.
