Unfortunately game is completed and I have no visibility of any "first click" in my Q.

Prior to completing, I had view the map and I have 2 outstanding loaded tiles.
I choose one random tile and it was loaded so I expect got one more loaded tile to play.
However, game goes into completion!!!

I'm afraid you may have completed the game after your last mission of "1st click" is fulfilled.
