The 1c mission has always been broken.
The 5c mission only works if I re-login. I must do it every single time.
Strangely, I don't have this issue on my iPhone.

Exactly I facing the same issue.
One account no issue with 1c or 5c rewards. Another older accounts got 1c issue ard level 3 onwards and 5c issues as you mentioned.Both accounts on my same android phone.
