It works for me. Maybe you can reach them at the chatbot and ask.

But sometimes the game just breaks for no reason. I bought stuff through mergeboss and wasn't credited with the points. Msg them and the operator response was to wait for the parcel to arrive then can collect the points. The absurdity when half the stuff Lazada sells comes from china and it takes days to weeks to get here, by then the event already long over.

I've redeemed once. And this is my second time to redeem it. Keep receiving an error msg when i tried to redeem. Chatted with chatbot. They say they will escalate and get back to me in few days.
