i recommend XFM 96.3...
i listen every morning from 7am to 9am.. mostly for JPoP music... and news reports, discussion, etc....

News reporting very fast ...>.<...

Alternatively you can practice listening through songs also...
Personally i use jpopasia.com cuz it provides kanji,romanji and translated lyrics all in one page.
Some songs also have youtube video with the lyrics...
Good for karaoke...

Thanks for the recommendation. I couldn't listen to XFM 96.3 because of the restrictive timing

thanks for the info! some of my jap is also learn through songs while some stuff like slang learn from drama, as for slang learning, its best 2 learn from japanese (in that area) itself...... :D

I just learnt that grammar point on my first lesson...lolz...
