Too many things to learn man....!!! I am learning Golang now and watching all the Gopher conferences from 2013 onwards...great way to absorb knowledge since I can't find good people to discuss this face to face

Good! Why do you think you will master something anytime soon? If not so, then why only focus on one thing? A lot of knowledge are interconnected, you just need to find the links.
