Apparently Enermax LED 140mm fans do not impress with airflow or static pressure at all. The best I could find was the Trapolish 140mm LED, but even then, the specs:
ENERMAX.CO.UK - T.B.Apollish
They fare better with their 120mm LED fans, as the Enermax Vegas Trio has decent airflow, static pressure but the selling point is its ability to change colours, so saving costs as u can decide the LED colours with the flick of a button rather than buy a different coloured LED fan. Specs are here:
ENERMAX.CO.UK - T.B.Vegas Trio
As for 140mm LED fans, I would still think Aerocool Shark is the best out of the pack, retailing only at $22. Specs are here:
Aerocool Shark Fan Blue 14cm The Bitfenix Spectre Pro LED is second to the Aerocool (my personal opinion), coming close in terms of airflow and beating the Aerocool in terms of static pressure, but its aesthetics isnt as appealing as the Aerocool Shark. Bitfenix Spectre Pro specs:

At the end of the day, it's really up to what you are looking for. If u need really good airflow for a 140mm LED, Aerocool suits you best based on pure specs alone. The Bitfenix Spectre Pro LED is more of an all-rounder. The rest (Coolermaster 140mm, Enermax Vegas Trapolish, etc), dun bother.
