Need advice
Hello everybody.i m new hereh.a friend of mine has been charged in court for driving under disqualification.one day before the day of sentencing the prosecutor told my friends defence lawyer added there are 14 new charges to theoriginal charge.day of setencing judge say only see one charge in system.the prosecution ask for adjourment 4 weeks.after 4 week sentencing judge says can only see 1 chargen tge system.what is happening ?even the prosecution doesnnt know what is happening and prosecutor ask for adjourment again now defence lawyer n dpp ask for 4 weeks adjournment.and the dpp also puzzled what is happening.and defence lawyer replied whistle blower
