subscribed my allocated only to prevent dilution.
Price really not attractive.

May I ask y r u guys subscribing? It's the same as buying at market since it's trading at 56cents now.

I had odd lots due to wrong calculation during scrip dividend, subscribed to make them full lots.

Hugh loss on this one. IPO until now …. Dividends not enough to cover the capital loss.
Earliest recovery is when rates go back down. If still loss dump and move on. Manager isn't that bad, just the Milan property messed everything up, and sponsor kept the good property instead of putting it in the reit.

Overall left a bad taste in the mouth of investors, and would never trust them to do the right thing for investors in the future.

Ya. I skip the current PO . Subscribed to one few years ago n price just keep dropping. One of the worst . Other stock I have like SATS Singtel still ok.
