Lendlease Global Commercial REIT signs US technology company as new tenant in Milan building; occupancy increases to 49%​

The manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT announces that the REIT signed a US technology company as a new tenant in its Milan building 3.

The REIT’s building is situated within the Spark Business District in Milano Santa Giulia, the seven-storey grade A office building which recently underwent lobby refurbishment.

This brings its committed occupancy at building 3 to 49%, up from 31% in February 2025.

Units in Lendlease closed 0.5 cents higher or 0.806% up at 62.5 cents on Sept 30.

How is lendlease going to get $$? Issue rights or fund by debt?
Singapore, 6 November 2025 – Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (the “Manager”), the manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (“Lendlease REIT”), is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Private Placement launched on 5 November 2025.

The Private Placement was approximately 3 times covered with strong participation from a quality mix of new and existing unit holders, long-only funds, real estate specialists, private wealth and multi-strategy investors. In response to the strong interest, the placement size was increased by approximately S$10 million. The Private Placement New Units are expected to be issued on or around 14 November 2025.

The Private Placement issue price was S$0.6020 compared with the Adjusted VWAP1 of S$0.6253 per Unit. The gross proceeds from the Private Placement will be substantially used to finance the acquisition of the 70% interest in PLQ mall announced on 5 November 2025.

not subscribing to the 2026 PO.
the price not attractive enough.. it might even go below PO price of $0.558.
i'm happy if it stays above with my current shareholdings, but most likely it will go below. 😆
