That's just the indicative price but high chance it would be the price becos of the auspicious sounding nature of the price.

313 have alot of issues and they never include JEM and PLQ and Parkway. Don't know what we are really buying into with this

The parent company Landlease (listed in Australia) is the subject of 2 class action lawsuit taken by shareholders of the company "alleging that it misled the market and failed to adequately disclose the long-running problems affecting its Engineering and Services Business, which led to a single-day share price drop of 18 per cent in November 2018."
