Lendlease Global Commercial REIT to be included under CPF's Investment Scheme

The manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT) announced on Dec 2 that the REIT has been included under the Central Provident Fund Board’s CPF Investment Scheme – Ordinary Account with effect from Nov 30.

Investors may now use up to 35% of their investible savings in their CPF ordinary accounts to acquire units in the REIT.

Such units may only be disposed of through trading on the SGX-ST. Any proceeds from the disposals will be credit back into their respective ordinary accounts.

Units in LREIT closed 1 cent higher or 1.5% up at 69.5 cents on Dec 2.

Good news, may increase volume and price in the long term.

Just brought 7000 shares, this morning Philip analysis same as me, price is going up to IPO price. Huat ah!

Chart looks double bottom.. IF successfully breaks out, tp 89c :) pray it breaks

Be it cup handle or double b, target price remains the same. Most importantly it has to break out then we huat ah :s13:

Cos it's cheap compare to those 3 bigger cap.
IPO is $0.88, it's coming up to this price.
