Lenovo notebook US set

I have a Lenovo x230 notebook which is bought from US

Now the set is spoil. How can I send it from
Repair. It's still under warranty. I don't have the invoice with me anymore. So is there anyway to send in the set to
Local service centre for repair?

Did u register the warranty online? If yes, then can send for servicing. In Singapore, international warranty is only 1 year.

Hi... I went to website and it states 3 yrs warranty....
When call up the CSO say need to show proof of purchase.
I dont have the invoice anymore so how to show.. Haiz...

So just bring in to the service centre?

3 years warranty but it must be 3 years international warranty. Or else it may mean 1 yr international warranty and remaining 2 yrs local. They check their computer and never see invoice when I send for repair. Do not tell them you no invoice when u send for repair. I usually scan the receipt.

if based on serial number can know... why do they still want the proof of receipt? there are some.reason behind it... as they may wanna know whether isit buy from AD or not

but since yours is highend model can bring to sG sc and try
