Quite good... The service guys know what they're doing. That time I sent in for screen replacement, took about 3 days.
Your laptop still in warranty?
I went to the Paya Lebar one. Just cross the road, opposite of Macpherson MRT. The uncle there quite nice. Just communicate properly is the best. Saw before other customer shouting at the staff before when it was clearly the customer fault lol
