The mount type lo. as long is EF mount, you can use any EF mount type lens on your body even if its from 3rd party manufactures eg, Tamron or Sigma

other brands you will need an adapter but well, you will learn it when you are there. For now, any EF-Mount lens can be used on your body

600d can use all EF and EF-S mount lens

canon has full frame, crop sensor ,and micro 4/3 camera

600d can mount EF and EF-S and not the one for micro 4/3(EF-M)

if u thinking to mount other brand lens(other than those 3rd party build for canon mount) you need adapter, but u wont get full function of that lens all become manual

Yes and No.

Sony uses A/E mount. Not interchangeable.

Canon uses EF and EF-S mounts. EF-S cameras can mount EF lenses, but not vice-versa.

Nikon uses F mount, all cameras can mount the lenses regardless fullframe or APS-C.

Micro Four-Thirds are solely for M 4/3 cameras only. The sensor size is smaller and thus the glass elements are also way smaller. Not suitable for DSLRs even if with adaptor.

As mentioned prior, metabones adaptor can use to cross mount lenses from other brands. This is one option, if you want AF and metering, metabones can be as costly as $500+.
