hi, i'm looking for someone who's able to do any or preferably all of the following:
website design...
...for an online shop which has been set up & operational, but design wise it's very basic & i have not publicized it yet. as it is too basic for me to go public with it yet, i need someone who's able to turn the website into an attractive online shopping site. i already have the banner designs. no need for any complex design, i'd prefer sth simple yet sophisticated, & easy to navigate of course.
- would prefer to pay a one-time fee for the website design.
website maintenance...
...for the above online shop. you will be responsible for the updating of products listed in the online shop (photos, description etc). all details & photos needed will be provided to you. the update could be once a fortnight, once a week, or eventually even once in a few days if we do expand to operate on a large-scale basis.
- would prefer to pay after every update has been completed; this can be revised to a monthly pay in future. can be discussed.

...for the online shop + one or two other websites which are powered by blogger. i have zero knowledge of SEO so would need you to explain & guide me along if possible. this is to increase the traffic to my websites.
- open to discussion wrt payment.

i'm looking to forge a long term relationship & hence would appreciate if i could find a regular part-timer for this. everything can be done in the comfort of your own home BUT i may require us to meet up to discuss if possible. also, pls note that as i am just starting out, i am not able to pay like an MNC or organization but rest assured that you will get what you rightfully deserve, & even more so if your services help me to bring in some bucks eventually. as such, amateurs are more than welcome (as long as you don't screw up my sites
