Bought at $2000 =/ from Courts 3 years warranty with $200 groceries voucher and free Bluetooth speaker (more for mobile usage).

This is quite a good deal.

The digital antenna I got was some brandless one that doesn't have any set top box. It has one socket that plugs into the antenna socket on my TV. And it requires power which can be obtained by plugging into any unused USB socket on my LG C5. Works very well with mediacorp free-to-air channels. Tuning is done on the TV and picture is perfectly clear.

Courts quoted me $2300 for G5. Kinda regretted notngetting G5 due to warranty and speaker. I thinking of getting a digital antenna online

Quite a good deal indeed for a new launch. Will consideer get an antenna without setup box for Live TV

I haven't bought mine. Antenna about $28 from Courts. Now relying on mewatch to watch TV

I got my new HD TV antenna from Challenger but I can't find the old TV channels 5, 7, 8 except for Bloomberg on my LG C5. Why like that?

Was casually asking and discovered that the LG 83 G4 is now below $7k at Denki. Not display set. Comes with the usual LG $300 grocery vouchers as well. Decided to get it as it seems like a good deal. Also the G5 has more motion blur compared to G4.

The deal listed on carousell is 6899 (pre negotiation) and 600 grocery vouchers. I think can be 6.5k and 600 grocery vouchers after nego. Prices will come down soon, those that bought 83G4 at 9-11k 1 year ago must be so angry lol, depreciated so quickly.

honestly can drop to below 6k and reach around 5.5k after Jan 2026 CES announcement of LG G6.

77/83G5 prices will drop a lot soon starting next month.
