For myself, I always get my phones from mobile sq, follow by whymobile. Have been patronised them since nokia days as my office is near there and always have my lunch at far east.

When buying phones, I check the physical condition of the phone only and seldom check the functions of the phone as I always believe I belong to the 99%, which mean the phone shld work as it shld be and it is true till now :)

As for the accessories - casing & screen protector, I either get from adix82 or order online via ebay

Went to stinktell, earliest I can recontract is after 1st May, wa KNN must tong 2 wks ah.

Ordered a remax fast charging cable intro from chipero. Try see can charge fast bo :D

If you are going to get gpro2, suggest you to buy from the shop now. Save your re-contact for iphone 6, which will be available in Sep, and sell it away for maximum profits. The trick is to re-contact the iphone6 on the 1st two days of the launch for higher value. Also, since your line is Singtel, the process of getting an iphone is way, way much better than the other 2 telcos - from ROI, booking appointment, queueing and getting the iphone.

That is what I have been doing for the last few years :D

How to take a screenshot with this phone? I tried the power button + down button but that didn't work.

If you still have issue taking screenshot, suggest you to use quickmemo instead.

I also having difficulty with the 2 buttons so I use quickmemo for all my screenshots. Hope this helps ;)

Give them the benefits of doubts. Buyers just have to careful regardless which shop they buy from.

Root is already available... just google it at xda forum..
But it's very technical.. if only somebody can explain in layman terms... it will make this phone perfect...

I hate the BIG menu button... and BIG dpi... it makes the phone looks bloated hahaha

Agh! Big screen phone is likes that mai! Everything is big. !)

I even set the global font to "Large" from the default "Small".

Now every fonts in every apps on my Pro 2 is BIG. Haha! :)

12 days after it was shipped out, and hopefully my IMAK clear case arrives soon by the weekend .... coz I almost drop my phone 2 days ago onto the concrete floor...I somehow managed to grab my phone before the impact with the floor...scary sia...

Without case is very dangerous lor...

Yup agreed. Attitude is good also. It's also buyer's responsibility to check if the set is working fully.

However, if more cases of unsealed sets sold by them and are lemon sets, den perhaps it's time to blacklist.

For now, i will still consider rwm. Though i got mine from j2, the lady boss had good service also.

I don't know why the charging speed at my workplace (1% a min) is twice as faster as my home (2+mins)

I see.

Now that it reminded me about few bros here saying that rwm wrapped their boxes....kind of fishy now come to think of it...

Usually, there is no wrapping on boxes out of the warehouses and from the suppliers no matter what phone you buy from any local shops if the set is with seal intact..

Gosh! I can't believe they do such thing!

Again, all buyers be reminded to reject seal broken set.

When they show you the box. Take over from them and inspect all seals on all sides of the box are intact. Usually, there are 2 seals on a box.

Some shops would just show you the unbroken seal side of the box but in fact the other seal on the other side is already broken which they purposely don't want to show that side of the box to you. I know their tricks.

That is what I always do. Take over the box to check all seals are indeed not broken, not just one seal on one side of the box that they show it to you.

So, folks, you are being reminded on how to inspect the seal by taking over the box from their hands before allowing them to open the box.

Seriously, i think shops like mobilesquare, whymobile, RWM, etc, works similarly. You check their websites, all offer buy in of new phones, be it opened unsealed telco set, 'gift' or 'redemption', etc...the point is, if they buy in a unsealed telco set, they will need to in return sell this set to end consumer isnt it...it is a matter of whether these shops bother to repack/seal these unsealed set before they sell.

I have patronised RWM, whymobile, mobilesquare, HTI mobile, before, and am generally OK with them...only personally not ok with kxxxxxmobile, but not because they gave me a lemon set, but find that they quite 'dao'. But then, it us just my personal opinion.
