Quite honestly, they are full of sh*t.
When they were talking about the benefits of a Quad HD display, they put both a 1080P display and Quad HD display on the giant screen side by side and shown that there is a noticeable difference between the two. Of course it's noticeable! It's such a huge area. What about if you compare both resolutions using 5.5" real estate? I doubt there would be much difference.

That immediately made me roll my eyes. They are treating everybody like idiots.
