Buy tempered glass, much easier to apply

temper glass easy to apply..but if 1st fix have dust...it's not easy to take out and re-apply again.

normal sp is much more easier for re-apply or to de-dust when screw up :p but i am having myself a temper glass too..haha 1 attempt and success..no dust no finger print..

for those who has upgraded to lollipop...did you have slow charging issue? it's not like the phone is having error message say slow charging...just that i found the charging from 30% to 100% took me 2 and a half hour...somemore i am using 2A charger and a good morphie cable...before lollipop...i can charge to full in like 1 hour ++..

Need some advise, I tried to update my G3 to lollipop but since my phone is rooted they prompted that unable to updated as the software found my phone to be rooted. So now I tried to unroot it by going into superuser app to activate the unroot option but the software updater still says that my phone is rooted... Used root checker and it says my phone is not rooted.

So, how should i go about solving it? I tried using the LG PC Suite mac version and can't seem to find a option to restore my phone to stock lg rom. Any other ways to unroot it?

if OTA and your phone is rooted..no way you can upgrade.....

you try to update the phone by using your pc suite...normally it will be ble to upgrade.....if not..just install the bumped twrp recovery and install androidnow 8.0 lollipop os :)

very easy to reapply too. make sure u dun push it down first to strongly secure the tempered glass, let it slowly sink in. then ready a plastic ruler, place it at the last corner where the tempered glass will finish bonding.

If u find any dust, quickly push corner of the tempered glass up to prevent the final bonding n then remove the tempered glass for dust removal

Anyone successfully rooted on lollipop? Tried rooting using PurpleDrake, ioroot etc. all not working

Seems like root not supported yet, tried flashing back to 4.4.2 but nothing changed.

Yes. Phone shows COM3 when flashing. Loads to 100% and phone reboots like nothing happened. 2 times already :s22:

did you follow the long winded instruction and make sure your phone is in download mode?

Why is face unlock gone after the update? I like that feature :(

they now introduce smart unlock....under smart unlock..they have this trusted face....or if you wearing miband...you can use it to unlock phone :)
