both are on kitkat, 4.4.x, what is the x exactly i forgot :(

At least it's up to date. But it always seems like not long after an upgrade, a newer version of Android will probably be available soon.

I think what Kcusts is asking is how fast are the future OS update available on LG phones as compared to e.g. Samsung phones.

hhhmmm...looks like have to depend on XDA. But even at XDA..the LG community don't seem to be active as compared to Samsung...HTC...Not much interesting stuff in G2 subsection.

I just call them up,and yes its because of the wireless charger delay..CSO mention i could get the phone first if i wan but charger deliver on later date..:(

I receive a confirmation SMS of delivery tomorrow, then receive the phone call at 3pm..what if i dun answer the call?=:p;)

I received a confirmation also for tomorrow delivery. But few hours later received sms saying they will call me tmr to reschedule another date due to the delayed shipment. They can schedule for me to get the phone first?

I like the functionality of the quick circle case but I'm wondering if the quick access functions will work if I use launchers other than the default (eg Nova Launcher)?

The glass SP is supposed to absorb the drop and shock and thus prevents the main screen underneath it from cracking.

But has this theory even been verified? Perhaps by someone doing a drop test using a phone with tempered glass protector on?

Maybe all the sellers of tempered glass should do something like this to convince prospective buyers and debunk the nayslayers (i admit I'm one).

It depends on the angle the phone was dropped. It's not going to always protect your screen if you drop the phone at certain angles.

I believe most users bought them not really for the sake of protecting original glass, but to test these new products n comparing them with plastic sp..

To compare with traditional screen protector and tGlass.
tGlass provides more clarity and does attract lesser fingerprint & smudges.
If applied tGlass, the replacement rate of trad sp is low. (from my point of view)

Not really the prevent crack glass from dropping it bah.

The fact is, glass SP price has dropped significantly and is now quite comparable to traditional SP in terms of $. I was also not convince on the need for glass SP, but since price is so affordable now, so gave it a try lor.
