Until it is unveiled next week, I shall continue to pray that it's a Snap 805 instead of the 801. If they release the phone with QHD display but only 801 chipset, won't LG be in a less advantageous position compared to S5 Prime? Also, 3000mAh doesn't sound like a lot for a phone with such dense display.

Your points are valid and I am in support of that technology should move forward and not stay stagnant or worst backward.

However, the distributor of this article is known for its accurate style of journalism and unless, they have been fooled by LG India or they are referring to a variant for a specific market then we have much to cheer about otherwise, as you said, we can only hope.

I have used Note 2 and am currently using G2 and Z1C. My experience thus far with the G2 has been phenomenally great (touch wood) and hoping that the G3 won't disappoint either.

well, if they are really the first one to pack a QHD display

I think it could command such a premium for the first month or two imo.
