I'm receiving my LG G3 later from Singtel (9am to 12pm). May i know is there any things i need to check on?

I've bought 5 LG G3 screen protector(back only)*5 and HTC M8 * 3. total plus shipping $14.26 nia. Shipped by USPS international shipping (18-32 days)

Ok you can always use this app to correct the tint. Its called filter your screen. Im using it and works wonders.

But how come the tint is different for g3 black huh?

Just changed my screen protectors from the free one to spigen ultra crystal. The difference is day and night. For those still using the free matte one, pls do your phone a favour and change it to something else.

Btw, can anyone recommend any good wireless charger ? The LG one is simply not good. I tried the nexus 4 wireless charger but it is quite difficult to find the charging point for LG G3

Also how am i going to use the camera laser ?

Camera laser is auto on when your camera is on. Don't need to do anything. It is assisting in focusing, even if you block it, you still can achieve focus.

i'm using the nokia 1, dt910, wayyyy better than the original LG one. So far yet to encounter the placement error message

I wonder if it is consistent that you can say black is whiter than gold in terms of screen colour. Perhaps it was a batch thing.

Ok wil try super backup first...the restoring takes a long time and drain the battery very fast sia.

I have backup again using Super backup and restore on the LG G3. Now I can sent sms without hang.

Just find the messaging app a bit lag which I can still live with it, sms pro was working fine.

Yes the screen of my G3 is as white as snow compared with my ex Z2.

Yeah some of the recent flagships like sony,oppo and the upcoming oneplusone all have issues with yellow tinted screen. Not a deal breaker though.

Using for coming a week soon I'm really impressed by the G3. Have used a few android flagship phones, G3 by far is the best. It is the first android phone that I'm really happy to use stock Rom. Its pretty smooth and the UI is probably the nicest looking in the market now. Looks like I won't be needing AOKP roms like CM for a long long time.

the LG power management...only have the option to save power when it come to certain % ...i missed my xiaomi features where you can define the sleeping mode to turn off all radio when certain time...

now have to manually toggle..

anyone have good suggestion of app that can do this control?

Sony Xperia Z2. The composite endurance rating gives the Sony a solid lead but, equally important, it also managed to beat its rival in two out of the three individual tests.
Sony Xperia Z2. While the numbers are close, the G3 falls behind in most of our tests, no matter which versions we tried (3GB and 2GB). Either the QHD screen really takes a toll on all aspects of performance, or LG are having a hard time with this particular iteration of Snapdragon 801.
Also, it's worth noting that the LG G3 has some serious overheating issues, and that the quoted benchmark numbers dropped significantly after just a few minutes of active benchmarking.
The Xperia Z2 has overheating issues too, but they start to get noticed only after prolonged use of the camera or in hot weather.
