Anyone who has the phone since launch and experienced no shutdowns no hanging? If yes is it possible to share your serial number? Was wondering if the random shutdowns are batch related

Bought replacement back covers from taobao and the red looks really good! (or rather purplish-red)

Just very mad on playing brave frontier always lagging and auto go back home screen.. win game from pvp, but turn back to home screen make me lose... pcb.. damn dulan...

hope can this problem they can settle away...

Hi Milton, you all are so lucky. I had to factory reset my phone 7 times and a bid to see if anything helps the random shutdown..

Would u be able to shared your serial number as well? If it's batch problem then I'll get a New one

Yeah, the camera lens gets scratched quite easily. Got my power button and lens part changed at the service centre. Took 20 minutes. Same day!

Mine kena scratch also! The part between the camera lens and up volume button. They change without asking questions? Shall go down. They will change the entire oval part?

At no charge. My power button was having problems also, always gets stuck. They change the whole section that holds the flash, auto focus lens cover, volume buttons, and power button.

You tell them your button stuck they will check then change or just change straightaway? Btw where is their service centre and what to bring down?

Told them about the scratches on the camera also. Bring your receipt and warranty card. If they have stock for the part, they'll change for you on the spot. Service centre at Alexandra Road. Opposite Labrador Park MRT. You can do a Google search for exact location.
