My battery can last barely a full day and i dont think im a heavy user.

Does listening to music and playing candy crush plus whatsapp = heavy? :/

I will turn on the battery saver mode also.. But still gotta charge it w my portable to make sure i got enough juice till i reach home

Also i encounter problems like the screen not being sensitive at times. Eg. Playing candy crush it doesnt swipe the piece that i want to.. And sometimes double tapping the screen doesnt unlock the phone. Is it just me? Lol
Depends on your intensity of candy crush. I don't use power saving mode, but maybe that's coz my phone is fully optimised (yes, rooted and streamlined). I ocassionally play Summoner's War, which is heavy by itself.

Google has some default apps that can be annoying on battery juice level. LG's bloatware isn't as bad as the korean G2. Also, it depends on what firmware version you are using too.

But then again, I have a friend who is stocked G3 and is a Love Live addict, his can last a day easily, so I'm not sure what is on your side of the phone.

I was using local G2 previously, battery deteriorated/stablised after a few months, still can last one whole day with moderate usage, for example i will surf net or watch video for 3 - 4 hours in a typical day, 2 hours for trip to work and home, 2 hours during work/lunch or break time.. battery still will be like 30% left?

G3 also similar usage pattern, 3 to 4 hours of surfing net/videos everyday, left with 30 to 40% when i reach home.. typical day out would be 8 to 8..

I would say the battery life is very gd compare to my frens/collegues that are using apple and samsung products, always see them charging during the day..

I seldom charge my phone unless that day at work i really have nothing to do, which means im using my phone for like the whole day non-stop

Regarding lag, i would say this phone is more responsive than g2, i like to open many apps and dun close them, so sometimes there would be a lag for my g2.. but not for g3.. my brightness is set at 50% and i think its bright enuff..

So what you're saying is that the g3 has the same battery life as g2.
But the newer phone is more responsive and no lag.

The battery life on mine is quite fantastic given the screen and size. However i have encountered lots of call issues. Often the party cannot hear me or hear a lot of static.

Oh my.. This cud be the Lag issue ppl been having.. myb theres away to fix that.

Disable thermal throttling via the service menu and freeze the LG keyboard app (root only for the freezing). Users have reported significant performance improvements on the D855 with these two changes.

Ok, she is not keen on it. Do let me know whoever is keen on the ZL battery. Yet to arrive.
