Yup. They will always wipe off all the data on your mobile. Better to backup everything before going down.

May I know what do we need to bring along to the service center?

Can check with you if there is any apps or software where I can backup everything (even the home screen widgets etc)? Wouldn't want to try titanium back up since need to root, and I don't know how :x

anyone encounter before phone from 50% to 0 in 3hrs overnight?

I checked my battery graph cos I went to bed with 70% but woke up with 0%. From 1am to 5am batt was decreasing normally then from 5am to 8am the graph shows a steep drop from 50% to 0

Bro, you can try to stop all google services before you sleep every night and install "DS battery saver" app for and set it as deem right for you. Hope this helps!

how do you see your network is off when you screen off? did you accidentally turn on priority notification?

The network signal bar is off and refrshing few seconds when i on the screen.

By backup, do you mean use the native LG backup function? Do you know if this backs up your app data as well? I want to downgrade to KK too, but I have game progress data which is saved locally (game cannot back up to cloud). If they factory reset my phone, all my precious saved game data gone liao :-(

For me i juz bring the phone. As for backup, i usually juz back up my contacts only. As for backing up the the rest of the other apps, u have to ask around le...

Sorry to hear that. For me, my games are all saved in the game cloud. Meaning, i juz download the same game app, log in with my username and password, and i carry on palying from where i've left off... Mayb some bros here can advise u on this

tried connecting to my zen watch and my batt still can last me a day from 8am to ard 8pm.. quite extensiv whatsapp and facebook and web surfing.. minor game in between though.. i am satisfied with the performance

afaik, LG Singapore do not support Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 so even u wan pay, they wont might not bother to entertain u.

it is up to you... some have no probs with android 5.0 and even report better performance but there are many of us who have bad experiences with it

need to charge phone 1time half day usage with minimal usage of data on surf net/ whatssap.
Last time with htc phone it need charge at most 1 time per day.
With lg g3, i need powerbank eventhought not much usage.

same here.. battery life has been terrible since upgrading to Lollipop. I've done factory reset after upgrading like many bros here suggested, but to no avail.
