at least g3 has expandable sd slot and replaceable battery, pretty much everything u need in a phone without burning a hole in your pocket. g4 will be a good phone too but launch prices will be kinda steep, wait a few months and i might just switch to g4 once the price drops!

True, I also like the fact that G3 is budget friendly considering it's very decent specs. So wu hua bought <400! Where you buy it from and still got warranty?

Some reports say that G4 will not come cheap... in between S6 and S6 edge price :s22: duno what is LG thinking if this is true :(

G3 decent specs? One of the better ones out in the market leh.

hmm bought it from reseller on carousell, 2nd hand. cant expect tip top condition but it was alright generally apart from some small scratches here and there. warranty left 4 months. btw LG needs receipt for warranty so better ask for it.

quite a number of people selling, even mobile shops are now selling 2nd hand ones at 390 with full box and warranty.

I think so far the G3 is a pretty stable phone. Don't have any issues with it and Lollipop battery life is decent when I used 4G network. I got 4 colleagues who changed to G3 and everyone is happy with it, especially since the price is good.

it will charge with a spigen so it will charge with just about any case.

note that with a case u need to align it more accurately to start charging.

also the case traps heat and wireless charging generates alot of heat

so in summary you can, but dont charge with the case on

Just got the g3 yesterday , upgraded from G Pro. $148 from starhub (4G 3) after $100 voucher. Worth it even though wife nag why I get a new phone when old one is still fine :)

Edit: Got a minor problem with the phone regarding fonts. The colors of the fonts are washed out compared to LG Pro. Can't post a screenshot, screenshots of both look same. When I zoom in the screenshot in the phone, the color is also ok, Not sure if its the font renderer on Lollipop or what.

I wanted to buy one to try it out. But 50% of the used set I have seen, seem to have crack near the microphone hole, wondering is it a manufacturing defect or not...

About to change phone from a xiaomi redmi note, i noticed mobyshop selling Lg G3 32gb 3gb ram version for $575.. does this comes with warranty? seems like a decent price for a phone with good specs..

Anyone here using Lollipop G3 with Miband smart lock. Lately, the smart lock doesn't work. Any idea why?

Currently considering Huawei Ascend Mate 7 and LG G3.. cant seem to decide between this 2.. G3's cheaper but screen smaller.. Mate 7 got fingerprint sensor and its really beautiful!

I got a question.

Just joined the LG G3 club. I noticed that there are no unread message counter on my Whatsapp icon unlike my old Samsung S4. Any idea if this is normal or can get the counters to work?
