As i am in the Middle East now, it cost me $38SGD for the SIM tray replacement after conversion.

I also bought an original battery for $57SGD. A bit pricey though the battery.

The issue with my SIM tray did not go away even after i went back for the 2nd time.

Decided to purchase the LG G4 dual-sim instead.

its your motherboard... told u to check ur sim tray pins before sending it in. u got fleeced by the service center

fyi i had the same problem and sent it to service center for "checking". they diagnose as motherboard problem and cost $300 to replace. i say no and they return the phone and it was working fine for next 2 weeks before problem came back.

total cost for 2 weeks of normal use $16 (service checking charge)

Thankfully, no.
I listen through earphones every weekday, to and from work, and occasionally on weekends. Still in good condition

has anybody went to the LG service center to have a check on the camera module? I think mine has some issue with it. Compared to my friend's G3, the photos seems grainy and blur.

I've gotten my G3 about 1/2 year ago & I'm still enjoying it (I'm not a demanding user, though).
Once in a while, I'm still discovering new features
To me, it's a great bang-for-buck phone.

I m now using my G3 as my day-to-day phone and the GPro 2 is now my back-up/travel phone. The G3 is really the perfect pocketable size! Same size as the Mi3 but with a 5.5“ screen instead of a 5.0“ screen!

Has anyone manage to back to kk n where to get the stock kk rom, or will it worth back to stock kk firmware? As I need bolder font due to my age. Current font types not bold enough, but need to root to install custom font type.

Out of warranty im not sure but i think they can change for you for free if it's first batch, service center at alexandra...near labrador park mrt stn
