This casing looks good.
Btw, regarding someone asking about if the laser sensor will have hairline scratches a not, yes it does. Mine has some hairline scratches already. Anyone too?

My G4 is from M1. The case fits perfectly and feels just like the leather ones on display at our telcos. However imo this mint leather has nice grain texture which should make any scratches and blemishes less noticeable than the smooth brown leather.

The leather case came from korea in a generic brown box with bubble wrap and a free plastic film sp. At first i wondered why no official LG box and remembered LG has no intention to sell the leather back covers hence they never got around packing these covers in a proper packaging.

Anyway here's the review that helped me with my decision:

Actually the mint color leather looks really good too. I like the texture which was why I was considering getting the black one. But the red leather won me over in the end. If LG can priced the leather back reasonably in the future, I think I don't mind getting an extra 1 or 2 different colors. 100 bucks is way too steep for just a back piece.

I went there at about 5pm. Thats what i was told by the lady at the counter that their management has decided to cease the sale of all casing. Meaning they will no longer sell casings (both plastic and metallic) to customers. Would suggest that those who wants to get it to call them first. Else its a wasted trip.

I think its quite a strange decision, since they are likely making loads of money just selling the plastic backing @ close to 30 bucks.

Anyway, if they don't bring in, it does not stop you from buying online from outside Singapore. ;)

I guess they are just worried about stocking and servicing issues. If they sell the back covers and someones phone really needs to replace the cover it'll be more embarassing if its OOS because they sold it all away. I have a feeling they might sell in the near future when supply and demand stabilize.

what calibration period?

Hmm,

Like do you all drain off the battery to 0% and full charged it for the first few days. After that maintain the 40%-80%?

And how you all maintain the 2nd battery with the kit? Just full charged it?

IMO, a good case is more important than a screen protector. My N5, N7, M7 got no screen protector. I've got my phones thrown/flew/etc few times without any screen protector and no issue so far.
Eih...my previous phone all ok when i drop them...not really drop many times but at least not like my g4..drop 1 time then gg...see my top right corner crack after 1 drop..
