I have managed to find out where the problem is.

The problem is with the phone inability to "see" 5Ghz channels 149 and above.

If I restrict my portable router to Ch48 and below, the G4 will be able to see it.

Just sharing ... mine connects to Ch 149 (802.11ac) without issue. SingTel set.

Also able to connect to Ch 161 (802.11n) on another AP without issue.

have a question.

our g4 is known to have a good camera. but however my using snapchat app's camera has really really bad quality compared to my normal camera. anyone experience this as well?

Didnt you know it's different ?
Different app = different quality .

yes, i experienced it as well. the quality on snapchat is really bad :s22:

Oh that's wierd...I hope its not because of my phone But my router...

Does anyone feel that the G4 voice calls is muffled, unclear, cannot really hear what other party is saying at times?
Or its just my set? I have tried the additional setting for voice call but it doesnt work.

- 'Slow-mo' mode in camera app
- Separate notifications and ringtone volume sliders
- Pinning feature in Overview list (at least I think that's new)

Thanks for this update log. The separate volume controls is very useful for me as I find my notification tone to be much softer than ringing tone. Pining apps features also quite useful to close only certain apps.

I don't have such a problem in fact I find the G4 to be very loud and clear.
