I believe they will replace a new mainboard aka motherboard - which in essence is the brains of the phone.

LG Bridge V20a not V20b

V20a does not have knock knock code

V20a has knock code. Just that it is now minimum of 6 knocks in at least 3 quarters. Switching back to pin code entry instead now.

My 5 months old LG G4 decided to go into a continuous spiralling restart mode for no rhyme or reason this morning
No possible restart from this stall.
It is now sent in for repairs.

Are all of you on V10e when the issue happen?
Anyone got it before V10e?

Though the production batch is the same.... they should not fail all at the same time.
The phones are sold at different time....
Different folks have different usage pattern....
If it is a motherboard design/production flaw, it should have manifested earlier and more random.

Just wondering if something else beside the production batch is the contributing factor.
