Went back to Sony A&E and phone went under major op to replace the MOTHERBOARD!! Phone was on hospitalization leave for 3 days. Upon collection sold it off soon after.

I stay far and away from service centres these days and now am using a Redmi 1s and Sammy S5+ both have removable batt. After a year with 1s, battery seemed a little sluggish. Ordered a replacement batt which cost me $13 including shipping from Xiaomi direct. Back in business in 5 days. No need to format phone, backup data or upgrade OS etc just to replace a FREAKING battery! (apologies, for my outburst..)

Just like what others have said, replacing batt on a daily basis may just do more harm to your phone than good. Your back case and batt contacts may just begin to crack and or loosen up and its something that I do not plan to do with my current of future phones but HOWEVER, I would like to have the freedom to replace the battery myself at my own time, convenience and will and not be held hostage with a service centre.

Moral of the story, love thy removable battery..

Quite contradicting. But I heard you like removable battery as the conclusion. Lol! :s13:

Mmm I don't believe the battery contacts can crack or loosen up so easily... My old nokia used for reservist for 8years still no problem and duno drop the phone how many times until numb. :crazy:

Not contradicting but just being honest. Vote is and has been for removable battery, at least for myself.

You are correct to say contacts don't crack but they certainly, do loosen. What will crack is the case which I have mentioned in my post on the same sentence in tandem maybe, you overlooked. Your experience with the Nokia was good mine wasn't with a BlackBerry. The contacts loosen after numerous batt replacements had to put in a piece of paper to hold battery in place. As for the case, two hinges were broken with constant replacement of batt. :s22:

On another note, looking at the videos posted by MobileTechReview (one user posted it here), the G4's screen looks quite greenish. However, in other people's videos/pictures, it doesn't look greenish at all. Can anyone with the G4 compare it to the S6 in a store or something to see if this is the case? Just open up the google search page in the browser and compare the whites to see if the G4 really has that greenish tint.

heard G4 is using DDR3 RAM whereas Flex2 is using the faster and better DD4 version. when manufacturers come out new products, by right G4 is supposed to be an upgrade instead of downgrade . wat a joke

placement and positioning of the main camera at the back.
If we check iPhone, there seems to be some similarities.

LG and Samsung did away with the placement and the
positioning of the main camera.

So what does that mean to the consumers when they
also blessed with a removable battery.

Perhaps LG learns fast and started the ball rolling
through unique acceptable innovations that are welcomed
by all mobile device consumers.

Rigidity can caused the manufacturer big big loses.
There isn't a need to mention the details of the victims.

That's according to a 'trusted source' speaking to Mashable. The source also revealed that the LG G4 will run Android 5.1, have 3GB of DDR3 RAM, 32GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot
