Warm yes. Not hot.

My Lumia 1020 (when signal low) and my wife's xperia Z3 (when taking lots of photo) both can get noticeably hot.

Thank you. That is all I'm capable of at this moment. Battery testing, video/sound, etc all I'm still trying to find time for it :)

The thing is whenever I bring out the G4, I will do heavy photography and the battery testing is skewed... hehe

I did switched only to the basic location service (GPS) but when taking photos I still need the screen brightness to review the shots.

Will see how it goes and contribute. After next Sunday all the missions for the tester will end and we can keep the phone until 29th May.

That will give us the space to test other things without the added pressure. Run here run there to take photos, do unboxing videos and then still have to write testimonials can be very siong :p
Lol I swear, I'm not the only one who feels z3 is just short changing us as consumer ..

But if she update to lollipop, may improve.

But I am wondering

Say

- fb 1 hr
- web surfing using Firefox, 2 hrs
- YouTube ³0mins
- light games like puzzle games
- camera shooting for 30min
- another 1hr edit on the fly

Seems that the extra battery might come in handy

They ought to make a battery casing, for those with existing power bank, to charge the 2nd extra battery when the first one dies

Could make it very compelling , even if the above usage can be pushed to 4 hrs.... Guess LG missed one of a game changer there.... Any bros wana setup business (?) Lol I just gave you a good idea

Did you guys experience this?

"The plastic comes in a few colors and has a diamond pattern on the back with actual depth. The points of the diamonds are raised up, and the centers are indented, reducing the surface area of the phone. With the phone only resting on a few points, it's easy to quickly get wear marks in the back of the device—ours appears after only a day or so, and are visible in the pictures."

Based on saying "one thousand" to equal 1sec.

On Simple Mode tap screen to shoot, reached "one thousss..." before pic taken.

On Auto and Manual Mode pressing soft button on screen to shoot, reached "one t...." before pic taken.

Manual was taking RAW too and the speed I believe correspond to the shutter speed being set.

That sounds pretty damn quick. It's suitable for burst shooting I presume? What about with HDR on?

The G4 is looking more and more attractive. Wonder if its a worthwhile upgrade over the G3 F460.
