I can't agree more. LG customer service sucks compared to Samsung. Irony is, I have more LG products at home than Samsung.

Can't wait to collect my Brown Leather LG on 29 May. Now is just a matter of going for M1 or Starhub. Singtel 4G signal at my office area is terrible.

Same boat. Home has more LG products than Samsung. On the contrary, when I was with Singtel I used to get 4/5 full bars of 4G. About, 2 years ago I migrated to Starhub and 4G signal is about 2/3 bars but nonetheless, stable throughout.

Shifted from Singtel cos they were getting overly ambitious, rigid and unforgiving despite my stay with them for over 15yrs so in the end I dumped them for Starhub. I wouldn't say Starhub is fantastic but more understanding sometimes over Singtel. Not to mention, being a hubclub member gets you free phone upgrade every year.

a bit stupid... quick circle cover only given when u buy the leather back.
but to use the quick circle cover, u need to remove the leather back.

btw, amk hub, singtel shop got 4 lg g4 to try... no price yet.

Claims that battery life is not that good.. Is that true?

Battery life is subjective to your usage. If u go through some of the reviews, some says its good, while some says average. Nowadays, u can hardly find a phone with lasting battery. The Sony Xperia Z3 Compact from my usage last the longest. Easily 2 days of usage.

Unfortunately the colours for leather available in sg is really limited so i opt'd for plastic back hoping that can buy the leather cover of my choice next time. Now I'm told by one of the cso that LG wont be selling the leather cover as accessory so those who buys plastic back will be stuck with plastic.
