Anybody having issues with the Leather Quick Circle case's alignment? Mine's kinda off... It covers about half of the notification LED.

My quick circle case is the same, it is slightly to the right. I believe it's because it's still new so the hinge part of the case is stiff. Once seasoned it should be ok.

How to get the $100 voucher? Is it just the cis plan?

CIs plan seems to have some kind of promotion? Mine got 150 off. Plus additional 1gb free data. The phone price between combo 2 and 3 is 300. CIS combo 2 & 3 price difference for 2 years is about 308. So I just sign up for combo 3

Roughly browsing through the plan for G4 and seemed that is more Expensive than Starhub... Same Price plan of $42.90, Singtel costing $20 MORE as compared to $549 from Starhub (Leather Of Course) with Plastic costing $499

Just got my red leather G4 yesterday.

Not very impressed with the battery life so far. Charged to full at around 11pm yesterday, WiFi on. Minimal usage save for some short intermittent Whatsapp messaging. Dropped to 90% at 3am.

Turned off WiFi before I went to sleep, alarm clock on, when I woke up at 11.30am phone battery has dropped by another 7% to 83% - this I thought was a bit strange 'cause the phone was just in standby mode with no WiFi or data on.

Checked battery usage using GSAM Battery Monitor, Android System is sucking the most at 10.5% usage, and then Kernel at 7.5%. Any idea why these two processes are running so heavily?

I'm comparing my user experience to my previous phone the Butterfly S, whose battery was seriously one impressive workhorse. If I didn't touch my phone at all, the battery life would almost stay constant.

Haha yes I got very annoyed with the lag issues on the Butterfly S.

From my very noob understanding on the data provided by GSAM Battery Monitor, I think there's far too many little processes running under the G4's Android process that look redundant in the first place. I suspect rooting the phone might allow you to manually manage which processes should run but I have no idea how to do that.

I'm at 74% now and have to go to work later. Will let you know how well it lasts, but I suspect I'd need to charge the phone in the office sometime in the evening because I'll be using the voice recorder heavily.

i guess the upside to the G4 is that the battery is removable, and I got an additional one from the M1 promo. But then again, the poor battery life could be precisely this reason that they give out another free battery. :s22:

In any case, DON'T TRADE IN YOUR BUTTERFLY S!! i think it's still worth keeping haha.

With my usage yesterday, WhatsApp, browsing forums, downloading applications, surfing the web and Facebook. Off the charger at 9am it managed to last till 1130pm with 4H20M SOT. I would consider this quite good. Do not that I was on WiFi the whole of yesterday.

Haha I was a Butterfly S user too. Loved the stamina it afforded me. Pity about the camera's pink tint issue, as it was the reason I traded it for an LG G2. Never regretted it as the G2's stamina was pretty impressive, if not better too!
