Guys..be careful not to drop ur g4...ytday my damage report didn't include crack but now the top part of the screen which ytday didn't crack..but now it cracked... But lucky thing is the cracked is on top corner..

Take note, CMEI TGSP is smaller than the LG G4 screen.. so not full coverage. As of a personal take from me, I'll prefer film screen protector. The glass @ 0.3mm i'm using now seems to be making my touch input not so sensitive..
