All telcos as far as I know. It's part of LG's promotion, hence all telcos have it.
Slight correction, it's only until 11th Aug.

I don't know, when I rooted, my phone is as good as new. Try searching in the xda thread. Or make a backup just in case.

you can try to search on Carousell for sellers who recontracted, usually can nego a bit for a fast deal, look for those who price at 690 hehe

U can try "Negotiating" with them. My contract renewable June 8 but I contact Telco and they Allowed me to get G4 during Pre-Order
