G4 already bigger than G3 though both have same screen size.

slowly getting used to the smaller size after using the nexus 6 - whale sized phone

apart from that, have to say this phone's batt life is on the short side. i hope next updates from LG helps to beef up batt life.

got the first hand telco set from someone. like very steady guy at first. i went through his contract but i didnt take it as it contain his personal info. then didnt expect so sway few days of use screen tio vertical line (no knocks, no drop). now after sale, want to urgently get a copy/scan of receipt/proof of purchase, --the contract, he like reluctant to do so. pick up my calls say ok ok but MIA after saying ok everytime.

ask him just send photo over for u on the receipt and with your phone imei no clearly

Probably because of the screen resolution and only 3000mah capacity battery.

i thought telco set just go back to the telco will do?

i just went ahead with processing my claim at their svc centre. had the lcd with panel replaced. i think telco entertain 1-to-1 replacement within 7days nia. mine still new set but already over that duration.

Actually, if the phone warranty had already registered online, it's Ok if there is no receipt.

My Samsung TV warranty was registered online and when I called for servicing, the technician also never checked my receipt.

If not, it's always a must to have the original receipt.

just to confirm i went to the svc centre yesterday for my g4 and was asked for proof of purchase (soft copy contract) and didn't even ask for my warranty card. i also did not registered for warranty.

I suspect that too and uninstall any batt sav apps but problem is still there..
