I'm waiting for G4 Pro though, if there is such a launch, lol, but either way both phones are worth waiting for, just hang around for a couple more months, we should see either or even both arrive

I just checked with a LG promoter and he told me no new yet and all is base on rumors.

Even there is will be next year and the rumor that it's using the 820 processor was also untrue as what he told me.

Yup, screen was off. I use the original USB cable that comes with the phone.

Whoa...is it just me or did the price of the G4 drop drastically? I saw it selling for $675 on Mobilesquare, though telcos like M1 still retail it for $900+. Why the big drop in pricing?

I went back to my Nokia 1020 until the new LG flagship is out



It was about 680 to 720, the lowest you can get for a while in carousell, for new set.

Probably due to the new phones by samsung and others, they doing like what I did, clear stock for newer model while the G4 still can command a respectable value.

good for consumers, by just delaying a purchase by a quarter or so, we can save between $100 to $150 depending on the brand of the phones

maybe you can try adjusting the screen brightness, heard that it's because the QHD sucks up a lot of power

Yup, i checked is the screeen. But by doing that will have a problem seeing in bright daylight.

hmm true also, or maybe cos your battery is still new, after a few cycles the power should stabilise a little also..

my G3 initially drained rather quickly, but after a few rounds it is much more stable now

well telco always sell the phone at RRP though we know in actual fact the market price is normally much lower; when people recontract their phones and offload either to dealers or in the open market
