That's Android for you.... Even till now, Android update is always a headache.... And to make things worse, hot fixes will not be issue as promptly like what Apple offering for iOS when the problem is rectified.

Mine seems to be fine with battery. Didn't feel any difference as compared to the last marshmallow update. The only issue I encountered was they cannot recognize my knockcode after the update and they removed the backup pin in nougat so I have to do reset factory. So please make sure you remove knockcode before the update.

Now i get it. The battery icon at the always on display is annoying after the update

Yea, that freaking battery icon is dumb af. Should shoot whichever LG engineer who thought up that great idea.

And whatsapp notifications showing only the last message from each user makes the notifications pulldown quite pointless. Preferred MM.

Yea. But i think the notifications is quite useful. The battery icon is confusing and meaningless.

The battery life is probably the same as before. Anyone have problems with google maps?

was deciding between a s7 or g5.. went with g5, got one from q10 for $320
