The day when wireless charging is so good that it can replace wired is the day I can hold my phone in my hand, while my wireless powerbank in my pocket sends power wirelessly to charge my phone with no cable in between.

Trust me wired charging is in no danger of being phased out at the moment.

wide angle is a mystery, all we know is that it is 125 degrees FOV. However we do know that it is slightly less FOV than the G5, whose wide lens is known to be 12mm (35mm equiv) so you can imagine a figure slightly less than 12.

it sounds funny but thinking seriously about it what kind of retarded manufacturer will invent a wireless powerbank that behaves like the current generation of charging pads? What would you do, blu-tack the powerbank to the back of your phone?

i just tried on mine and (my stock app is always in manual), the sequence in which the UI elements appear for me are
Shutter button --> side icons --> bottom camera controls

but the speed is so fast it would hardly have made a difference given human reaction time to snap a impromptu pic.

I also read that the long screen might look a bit weird on some app, games n even youtube as they have not optimised the resolution to fully fit the screen. Anyone can share their experiences abt the screen?

just fiddled with the new blue G6, phone feels good but really not as smooth as my OP3T.

Wireless charging is not as fast as cable charging. I'd rather plug in, charge fast, then plug out, than to place on the mat long long. Also, cheaper to get cables and charger than multiple charging pads for home, office, car, etc. Finally, if you have a casing, the charger might not charge properly.

No doubt, it is useful for public charging, for instance, if in future all the restaurant tables come with wireless charger, then you can charge the phone without cable. But since this is not widely available, wireless charging feature is still a niche function.

The other way around. OP5 has a telephoto lens like fruit, but then it's useless if not enough light, since it won't be used at all. LG wide angle is still a better implementation of dual cam than the useless telephoto.

That's the "normal" main camera actually. It's not ultra wide angle like the G6's second camera but from what I understand, it's still considered wide angle because of its focal length. The main camera is 24mm which is slightly wider than most smartphone already.From what I recall iPhone 7 is 28mm, and s8 is 26mm. All of those can also be called wide angle lenses I believe.

Anyway, the OP5 (24mm and 36mm) doesn't provide that much range compared to say iPhone 7 plus which uses (28mm and 56mm respectively). And it doesn't work in anything but good lighting. Even in my room in daylight with lighting the second camera also won't activate. That's why I still prefer the wide angle or monochrome setup (Huawei). Can use in more situations.
