SOT will be a better gauge... consider to jump ship from s7e... the sexy screen cannot put sp too naked....

if the s8+ fingerprint sensor is position better i think i might wait for price to drop... but another thing is yr on yr the size gets bigger n bigger..

The position is weird but they do have iris/facial unlock though. If batt life is your concern i think have to wait awhile more and see which performs better

Have they improved the iris scan? When I had the note 7 bright sunlight, reflective specs affected the ability to read my iris.

Nothing beats fingerprint scanning speed. Iris is definitely more secure, but unless you work in top-secret organisations, then have to look beyond the efficiency.

Can imagine, while you were sleeping, someone use your finger to unlock. But no way they can flip your eye to unlock without waking you up.

Then again, if you kena caught by bad guys and tied up, they can force open eyelids to scan the phone to unlock.

End of the day, best authentication is password. Don't reveal then cannot unlock.

no complains. esp the batt life when its fresh from the oven... tokgong... but i nvr use screen protector since day 1 and the fingerprint/oil resistance like wear off alr.. need to clean with water to keep it clean...

you should consider putting one on, since the screen is flat, shouldnt have problems unlike phones with curved screens

Reporting batt usage after a day now standing at 9% 5h 58min SOT. Heavy texting with switch between WiFi and LTE. Played some videos throughout and most of the time playing music on 32bit. I would say it's very impressive

Nope. My battery life damn good. Can last me more than 14 hours (facebook, GAGT, news apps etc).
