The LG G7 release date in the U.S. and Canada is Friday, June 1. That’s when you’ll be able to buy the G7 ThinQ online and in most of the major carrier stores and retailers. You can sign up to receive updates on the G7’s availability in the U.S. at this link.

Verizon pre-orders for the LG G7 ThinQ begin Sunday, May 24, with the official launch date slated for June 1.
Sprint pre-orders begin Monday, May 25, and customers will be able to buy the device on June 1.
T-Mobile says the G7 ThinQ will be available for purchase sometime this Spring, though the carrier doesn’t give an exact date. We’d assume the G7 ThinQ will be available for pre-order around the May 24-25 timeframe, with availability beginning on June 1.
AT&T has not given any pricing or availability details as of yet.
US Cellular will not be holding pre-orders for the G7 ThinQ, though the device will be available for purchase from the carrier on June 1.

I dont think any phone can wow consumers these days

We're not making any strides in battery life since anything that's not a phablet is stuck at 3000 mAh while qualcomm chips get hungrier in power every generation to hit those antutu highscores

Cameras have stopped getting better cos sensors have also stagnated and manufacturers turn to "AI" or "portrait mode" to offer some semblance of newer phones having an improvement over older phones

Audio is taking steps back as the headphone jack is now endangered species, meanwhile USB-C audio is not universally standard yet with jokers like motorola and HTC still using proprietary USB. Stereo speakers never took off as a must-have feature.

Displays now are just notch jokes or whatever-by-9 aspect ratio is the next tall aspect trend

for the G7 they finally improve the selfie camera, but even that was long overdue and who knows if it's really that good until the reviews come in... Boombox sounds like a gimmick to me until i can find reviews that say the audio actually has legit clarity and not merely higher volume than other phones (razer phone had that loud-but-not-clear speaker problem)

im not too optimistic on the camera honestly cos i heard its still using 1/3" IMX351 (same sensor as V30)

So it for marketing to keep launching new phone but with different name only....quite tempted to upgrade from v30+ as v30 front cam cmi..and 4gb ram always like bottle neck...my op5 with 6gb always run with a fly...

They always miss the boat, so sad that LG need to follow the apple steps having the notch for the sake of having it just like most Chinese OEMs plus their timing of release a phone at this point of time and on top of that LG Singapore half f*** attitude at launching phones in Singapore and asking high $$$.

It's a good phone but its features, specs and build quality is something we already had months ago and we are already half way of 2018 with Pixel 3, newer iPhone, Note 9 coming in just a few months time and existing models like Pixel 2 XL, V30+, Galaxy S9/S9+ and even iPhone 8/X that already here at lower price already.

It really don't have much hype and not eye catching at all, it will be yet another underrated phone by LG. We see, touch and forget, some even don't know LG announced their G7. Something is definitely wrong with LG as a whole for its mobile division and their marketing team.

Well i think LG is playing it safe with the LCD screen. On V30, the LED had quite a no. Of people went to service centre to have it replaced.

Dont you think v30s plus over priced tho?

And yea gotta agree that there is no wow factor for G7. Seems like the safest LG flagship, like they suddenly didnt want to try :/
