I bought the battery and replaced it on my own, working as per usual.
I was told that if you let them diagnose and do replacement of parts, their diagnostic fee is doubled of the usual appliances' fee. e.g. $32.90 usual diagnostic fee, it will be $65.80 for the robot vacuum.

So if you feel safer to let them do the replacement of parts/battery for you, do ask and note the diagnostic fee, on top of the part's prices.

It may be the same as the 6470LVM, i'm not too sure but the last digit of the model no. is usually to differentiate colors.

what color is your robot??

LG service center at alexandra road. If you let them diagnose, sure will have charges. I bought and replaced the battery myself.

What screw driver head type do you use? It seems not the usual Philips head.

My lg 6370lvm can't spin and keep reporting that there's foreign object at the brush when there is none.

Anyone knows how to dissemble it? Can't find any screw to open

Just use a plus screw driver to open up lor. Open up take out whatever you can and give it a brush down can liao.

Help!!!

My Roboking (exported set) start to move in reverse direction. Anyone encounter this before ... T_T

It's the either brush head and or the internal roller. Take out everything and untangle the residual hair or fur in the brush mechanism or roller. Should be ok.

Does anyone have the issue with Robo king just working for a few minutes and then stopping saying that cleaning has been completed? Never had such an issue before.

Any fixes for this? Thanks.

1. Wipe down the robot surface with wet tissue and then wipe it dry.
2. Reset the robot
3.try to avoid having the robot run under furniture which will scratch it to avoid sensor being scratched. If scratched, you can try to search through earlier threads which uses scratch remover to remove the scratches.

Good luck.

I have below Samsung and I thought that time I have made a mistake by not getting the LG roboking. Used samsung for 3-4yrs already until front wheel spoil. Samsung has a straighter cleaning route, vacuum better and know its way better to go back to home base to charge.

Today LG VR6340LVM at qoo10 $399 just delivered and after using it regretted buying it.

Should have get a samsung from rakuten after 10% + mastercard $30 + 5% shopback is abt $363. http://www.rakuten.com.sg/shop/megadiscountstore/product/SR8750/

LG cleaning route like missed half of my bedroom.

LG likes to climb up the standing fan's base several times. I think LG no backside sensor, when reverse tends to anyhow knock onto any obstacles. Kitchen cabinets got protruding door, LG just bang onto it. LG also no virtual wall, so balcony or toilet need to close door, else it will climb over the very low steps.

I did not realised LG was bigger than samsung in size until I put side by side, square size good for corners but will stuck and knock in between office wheel chair legs.

Just put the mopping plate with a piece of disposable dry wipe on it. It should solve the climbing issue.

My LG 6270 just died after 5 years, 'There is a problem at the left wheel sensor'
There were plastic chips falling off from inside, I guessed some broken parts inside.
5 years of vacuum service in my home is very good liao..electronics appliances don't last that long these day.

Time for me to replace one

I'm considering 2 model
1) VR66820VMNC - Triple Eye (think the extra eye is the front 2 camera to see any obstacles)
2) VR65710LVMP -Dual Eye (quite similar to my current 6270)

May i ask anyone owned the above 2 before? Are they good? the diff is $200+ more
The triple eye front camera is a bit redundant for me though.

Thank you.
