I just came back from JUrong Point....waa the queue at SingTel is terrible...

I asked the CSO there about the VoLTE and he says it network dependent :s11::s11:
Says SingTel has been doing trial at Jurong East Central region and so 4G phone should be able to recieve VoLTE .... hahahaha... sorry I dunno why I'm laughing at what I type :s13:
Hi Anything_Whatever,

We would like to clarify on our 4G ClearVoice service.

As the name suggests, the service is based on Voice over LTE technology and is fully integrated with the voice service.

It is available on all Combo Mobile plans, SIM Only plans and Easy Mobile plans on supported handsets.

To enable 4G ClearVoice on your LG device, go to Settings > More > Mobile Network > Toggle the VoLTE checkbox.

Thank you for clarification, it's good to have a SingTel spokesperson here in HWZ.

You explain better than the CSO ...

So as long as we toggle on the VoLTE, even without the icon appearing at the statusbar, as what we seen from the post above, it is already on? Or the icon must appear at the statusbar?
Its because I did not see the logo appearing even after toggling it on.

Hi Singtel, I am on Singtel combo 3 but I can't get VoLTE to work on my V20. So is this a handphone hardware or faulty sim issue? What can I do on my part? Thanks.

Kind of strange that some v20 do not have the volte icon displayed on status bar, even though volte was toggled n selected.

Yes, I'm on SingTel Combo and my VoLTE is clearly indicated. Have you tried going down to Hello shop to see if they can help?

Why not try format with your LV20 instead of from your PC ?
