Noticed that my phone won't automatically connect to some of my saved Wi-Fi networks.
What can I do to resolve this?

how do you guys keep your phone optimize and running snappy?

my battery is draining is draining fast, and the UI is kinda draggy.

I can't wait for this phone to be rooted, and hope that there'll be a custom ROM for it.

Unfortunately the only way is the restart the phone regularly...

My v20 on m1 keeps adding the free wireless@sg to the saved WiFi list. Anyone know how to get it to stop this?

It could be by default in the phone. I recall SingTel phones also have that and cannot be removed.

Assuming you've tried to remove it manually? If not, go to WIFI settings > Tripledot at top right > Saved WIFI. Select Wireless@SG then forget. If there is no forget, then its baked into the phone. If after removed still comes back, your phone got ghost 👻

Try forget then add back? but I kana this lately also. It wasn't before. I just assumed its my wifi signal cause it only happens when Im at the ends of the coverage. Seems they say in here that metallic phones will have lower coverage is true.

Tried forget and adding. Read that it might be smart setting but I've disabled that and still same issue. Only happens to some of my saved Wi-Fi network and its not due to weak signal. I doubt its coz of metallic too coz this is still at plastic overall phone and I use mine without back plate cover :(

Yeah. I deleted it a few times but it still keeps coming back. Damn irritating especially since wireless@sg connections usually suck. So whenever I am in the vicinity of their router, I get disconnected from the internet.

I'm using Nilkin tempered glass, perfect fit for me. Cases I got from Qoo10, Mark One and Illusion Metal not bad. Can browse and see.

I have been trying to look on qoo10 but can't seem to find Nillkin tempered glass for v20. you have a link?

Spigen GLAS.tR SLIM has the same cutting as Nilkin TGSP, UAG case is also not bad

you have a link to share?

thanks

For a phone that boast its audio capability, I'm so dissapointed with its audio recorder.

Though the sounds comes out really nice and clear, it does not stay running in the background. I was trying to record an audio of my lecture today and left the app running in the background as usual. But this time it stopped recording halfway after receiving a call on whatsapp...
Also the while I try take a photo with the camera app, the recording will also end.

Any idea how to keep the recorder running?

Why disappointed?

Recorder is using the Mic. Answering a call requires the Mic. The camera needs Mic as well for video recording. All you are doing involves hardware conflicts and the apps are racing for the resource.

If the recording is so important, stop other activities first. Usually its the user fault. No phone can help you with the conflicting activities.

Isn't it the same for all phones?
