Saw a graphic on the US LG fb page its using Sabre dacs? Anyone knows what model? Can't wait for the phone to launch. G4 died on me due to boot loop again and relying on the good old G2 for now

Iphone 7/7+
Lg v20
google pixel

I waited like forever from note 3. Note 5 no replacement battery or sd card then wait lg v10 sg telcos dun being in. (Wanted w contract) then wait note 7 then chiu know e story. So now lg v20 looks most appealing. Nvr was fan of apple & it stupid ios & sync features. This phone better dun disappoint

Actually for the manual mode on the camera, is it really a plus point for users that usually just point and shoot? What's the meaning of able to take raw pictures?

As my Note 4 is on the verge of going to shut down permanently and no hope of another new note in the near future, I think it may not last till 5/11. May hv to just get the xperia xz.. only thing is the screen size that is still stopping me. But I appreciate the water resistant feature.

If you are an avid photographer, the manual control is a big plus. Allows you to take control of how the picture is to be taken. For normal users, the auto snap to take pic is already available. RAW means uncompress format which takes in alot of details such as lights, exposure etc for you to further tweak in Lightroom and the likes. More for creative professionals like to take pictures in RAW file and memory is large as compared to jpg images which are compressed thus losing some details of the image.

Samsung Note 7 has good software implementation? It looks like more bloatware most people will never use.. and the performance is not good for a flagship phone.

I do agree that it is not the best or optimized unlike iphone where they did everything on their own but the stylus option to jot down notes, capture long list of image, to doodle around and sketches with the stylus is nothing compared to on the market right now. It is much better implementation than older note.

My note 7 works fine. No heat generated during charging and during gameplay but still have to return as safetybis most important but I am still contemplating... to give or not to give. ;)

if all u want is point and shoot, it means u wont really care for the fine details about a picture anyway. good enough for fb, for instagram, etc, any phone on the market right now can take "good enough" photos, or at the very least I dont think its easy anymore to find phones made this year which take bad photos

Definitely the manual mode is useful. Even if you just play around with white balance and darkness/brightness these were enough for me to take night shots during my Japan sakura viewing trip.

Coming from Note 3 (terrible terrible camera, blurry night shots) to LG V10 I was so pleased with how the night shots turned out. I use Auto function most days but for night mode etc, use the manual function. I still have no idea what most of the manual functions are for :p

You sure you want to risk having an explosive experience? What if one day your loved one is using the phone next to her face and it explodes?

V20 hype. Will hoot the v20 even though got burnt by g4 bootloop. Hopefully, lg won't disappoint twice in a row.
