I seen angry customers at all service centre as well...

But my few times there yet to see unhappy customers.

Bad points : Bring umbrella. Need to walk about 200 - 300 meters into the area before reaching the service centre.

Good points : Plenty of counters and plenty of seating.

I went there to claim free gift from LG only...

You are severely underestimating how bad LG service center is. Just warning you people only.

Are you sure you arent mistaking the collection counters for the service counters?

The vast majority of the counters there are for collection.

If youre going there to service your phone, the service counters are to the right of the ticket machine and there's only 3-4 counters if I recall correctly. And they are never 100% all staffed.

Now that you mention.. perhaps you are right.
Like I say, I not go there service phone.

But customer service is limited leh, they help take your phone in and provide entry level check... they cant' fix your phone... hard job.

without any equalizer settings, it sounds better
than my Nexus 6p. Slippery, felt like it was oiled.

It doesn't matter to me how innovative Xiaomi is with their hardware. As long as they keep coughing out their garbage MIUI or whatever it's called I will never touch their phones. It's one of the few interface that I feel like throwing phone into dustbin after using.

Me too never touch Xiao mi. 2 of my Xiao mi and my friends Xiao mi had faulty chips. Total of 4 phones. Always no reception at places where my iPhone and Samsung had full 4G bar. Even restart sometimes can't solve the issue.

i am quite curious on their upcoming mi mix but i heard they does not plan to release outside of their country. but is true that MIUI is garbage.

i find Samsung UI still acceptable. LG one is light, Sony one is my favourite, but stock is perfection to me.
