Mine previous LG v10 faced their very common bootloop problem. I hope v20 don't have such problem.

Just a check with fellow bros, my v20 isnt displaying apps logo on the primary top left corner whenever theres an unread notification. Example carousell notification comes in, theres a prompt but the logo is nt displayed. Instead it displays an empty grey box on top. Same for other apps like 4D. Also only display grey empty box. Any idea what issue is this?

Yes. I have the same issues. :(

Did you transfer the app from your previous phone using LG Backup? i had the same problem and reinstalled the app from play store. Now its back.

hello gurus,

im contemplating between LG V20 and Huawei Mate 9.

I have done the comparisons online but what makes Huawei Mate 9 attractive is the Leica lens. Whereas LG V20 for its screen display, interchangeable battery and camera aperture.

anyone can help? Thanks!

Had the chance to play with both last Fri at SH Vivo for almost 1 hr, was leaning towards Mate 9. My thoughts
- Mate 9 scores in speed. Everything is damn fricking fast. I never seen an Android phone that load web pages at almost the same speed as iPhone before. V20 is a slowpoke by comparison, too much lag and stutters esp when browsing, multitasking, opening apps and after resume from sleep.
- Mate 9 camera didn't live up to my expectations. Low light performance is quite chui.
- Mate 9 seems very resistant to scratches. Despite the demo set being constantly handled, I did not even see fine scratches on the chamfered edge of the body. The build appears to be quite durable. Whereas the V20 demo set's back cover already didn't latch properly.
- What broke the deal in the end was EMUI OS. Huawei icons, colours and buttons are really childish and look like it was drawn by a primary school kid.

In the end I got the last set of Titan V20 at a nearby shop. I got a bit more faith that LG will fix the OS lag and overexposing camera, than Huawei will modify its OS so I won't be paiseh to show my phone to my friends.

EMUI is garbage. Huawei has no intention to change their OS. You use long enough you will want to throw away the phone if you have been using Android for a long time.

I think the security thing making the v20 back cover stick out. Since the first day they had the demo units, the back covers are not closed fully already.

bro tell me more so is it good or bad lol

Your answer:

If u wanna do auto shots, v20 camera can't be compared to s7e or iphone.

Manual mode v20 wins.

except that I will add-on Pixel, not just song or fruit.

I also wouldn't say V20 wins against song in manual mode, but V20 cam is a manual cam by design. LG image processing is still not as good as few others.

Allow Home screen looping – Jump back to the first Home screen page after swiping past the last.

You need to use home and app drawer for this feature. Go to display/home screen/select home & app drawer as home screen. Then at the home setting will see the option to loop screen
